Parking is available for one vehicle on the property, so we kindly ask guests to plan accordingly. Additionally, for those seeking extra space or privacy, there's a separate studio behind the cottage. This studio features one bed, and one bathroom, and can be rented along with the main cottage. *Note: this listing does NOT include the studio; we have a separate listing where you can rent both spaces at once. Please inquire with the host about its availability during your preferred dates as it is NOT automatically included in this reservation. Should it be rented by others during your dates, we have set conditions to ensure a seamless experience and minimal interaction between the two spaces for everyone's comfort and privacy.

*This space is NOT pet-friendly. ESAs are considered to be pets by Georgia law, therefore not allowed in this cottage. We hope this does not cause anyone an inconvenience. This policy is in effect simply due to extreme allergy concerns on the staff and other potential travelers.

*Guests will NOT have access to the back studio unless it is also reserved along with the cottage. There is a separate listing that includes both spaces in one; please enquire with the hosts about reserving the entire property if interested. The back studio has ONE reserved parking spot (perpendicular to the driveway - on the left side of the house)

Getting around

You will want a car to access all that Savannah has to offer from this location. Unfortunately, we only have a parking space for one vehicle on this listing.

The home's parking space is directly in front of the entrance - parallel to the road. The parking spot perpendicular to the home belongs to the rear studio, which is also a rental space and must NOT be blocked.

*Please let us know if you're interested in renting the entire property (cottage and studio). It sleeps eight guests (8) and you can park up to two cars.

House Rules

Like most people, we are not fans of rules; however, in the spirit of maintaining peace on the property so all guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we ask that the following rules be observed:

-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.

-No shoes in the house; this will help keep the space cleaner during your stay.

-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.

-This property is on a septic tank, please only flush toilet paper; no feminine products, trash, or baby wipes, etc.

**The following issues are grounds for immediate dismissal from the property without the possibility of a refund:

-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated.

-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors

-No parties or loud music at any time

-Pets are NOT allowed; Undisclosed pets will trigger a pet cleaning fee of $250

-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the premises will incur a $250 cleaning fee and dismissal from the property.

-Illegal activities, altercations, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are not allowed and will be treated with utmost seriousness and a visit from law enforcement.

**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.
