Entertainment is at your fingertips with our smart TV, ready for you to log in with your streaming service credentials and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. The small kitchenette is equipped with essential amenities, including a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, providing the convenience of preparing light meals and enjoying your morning coffee.

-ONE parking space (perpendicular to the driveway - on the left side)
-The porch and outdoor seating area
-The backyard

*Guests will NOT have access to the main house unless it is also reserved along with the studio. The main house has ONE reserved parking spot (parallel to the driveway - on the right side of the house - please do not use).

Additional notes

*This space is NOT pet-friendly. ESAs are considered to be pets by Georgia law, therefore not allowed in this studio. We hope this does not cause anyone an inconvenience. This policy is in effect simply due to extreme allergy concerns on the staff and other potential travelers.

*Guests will NOT have access to the main house unless it is also reserved along with the studio. There is a separate listing that includes both spaces in one; please enquire with the hosts about reserving the entire property if interested. The front house has ONE reserved parking spot (parallel to the driveway - on the right side of the house; please do not use).

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app 24 hours prior to arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.

You can park one vehicle only on the parking to the left of the house - the one directly in front of the path leading to the back studio. It is perpendicular to the road.

Getting around

You will want a car to access all that Savannah has to offer from this location. Unfortunately, we only have a parking space for one vehicle on this listing.

The studio's parking space is directly to the left of the house - perpendicular to the road. The parking spot parallel to the home belongs to the front building, which is also a rental space and must NOT be blocked.

*Please let us know if you're interested in renting the entire property (cottage and studio). It sleeps eight guests (8) and you can park up to two cars.

House Rules

Like most people, we are not fans of rules; however, in the spirit of maintaining peace on the property so all guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we ask that the following rules be observed:

-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.

-No shoes in the house; this will help keep the space cleaner during your stay.

-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.

-This property is on a septic tank, please only flush toilet paper; no feminine products, trash, baby wipes, etc.

**The following issues are grounds for immediate dismissal from the property without the possibility of a refund:

-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated.

-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors

-No parties or loud music at any time

-Pets are NOT allowed; Undisclosed pets will trigger a pet cleaning fee of $250

-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the premises will incur a $250 cleaning fee and dismissal from the property.

-Illegal activities, altercations, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are not allowed and will be treated with utmost seriousness and a visit from law enforcement.

**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.
