House Rules
Please understand and agree to the following:
-This apartment is located in the middle of downtown Savannah's restaurant and bar scene, so we installed city quiet windows to limit the sound and noise control curtains. Even then, expect to hear sounds typical of city living such as trash removal, music, etc.
-To improve your sleep quality, each bedroom is equipped with an air purifier and sound machine. Feel free to turn those on as you ready to rest for the night. Earplugs are also provided in the nightstand if you are a light sleeper.
-We ask that guests keep the windows closed at all times to avoid the strong smell of food coming from the nearby Flock to the Wok restaurant. Air purifiers are provided in the bedroom should you be bothered by the scent.
-Please leave all wet towels on the bathroom floor and do not mix wet linen with dry linen - our cleaning team will greatly appreciate the gesture :)
-Paid public street/garage parking is available nearby. As is typical in urban locations, there is no designated parking spot for this apartment. Street parking and nearby parking garages are available.
-This is a 2nd-floor apartment, so please be mindful of the 25 steps to the apartment entrance.
-The city is wrapping up street construction. This suite is located on the back of the building but we wanted to give guests a heads up that the city will be working on the block. This will probably affect traffic patterns as well as parking availability immediately off the building.
-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.
-Guests will please observe the guidelines outlined below. These rules are designed to maintain peace in the property so all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
-No shoes in the house; please help us protect the century-old floors.
-Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am
-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated. Violating this rule will cause the termination of your stay without a refund.
-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors.
-No parties, events, or loud music allowed. Please respect quiet hours.
-This apartment is a pet-free zone due to our cleaner's extreme pet allergy. Evidence of pet presence will immediately trigger the termination of your stay without the possibility of a refund. Additionally, you will be responsible to pay for additional cleaning services used in the apartment.; $250 cleaning fee.
-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts in the premises will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed. This will trigger an immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.
