House Rules
Please understand and agree to the following:
Guests will please observe the guidelines outlined below. These rules are designed to maintain peace on the property so all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.
-This home is located near a crossfit gym, so expect to hear distant sounds typical of gym activities such as music, weight lifting, etc. It is distant and very faint when inside the home.
-Please do not mix wet linen with dry linen. We ask that a load of towels is started before checkout. Our cleaning team will greatly appreciate the gesture :)
-This is a one-level home but please be mindful of the 3 steps to the home's entrance.
-No shoes in the house; please help us protect the original hard-wood floors.
-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am
-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated. Violating this rule will cause the termination of your stay without a refund.
-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors.
-No parties, events, or loud music allowed. Please respect quiet hours.
-Hypoallergenic dogs are allowed in the property at a rate of $50 per pet, per night. Undisclosed pets will trigger an additional cleaning fee of $250 per animal. Sorry, no cats allowed due to extreme cat allergies in the cleaning team.
-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts on the premises will incur a $250 cleaning fee and the immediate termination of your stay.
-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed. This will trigger an immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.
