House Rules

Guests will absolutely observe the following rules:

-Do not engage in illegal activities on the premises—no drug use allowed whatsoever.
-Do not discard cigarette butts inside the camper.
-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises.
-Respect quiet hours of 8 pm to 8 am.
-Do not play loud music on the premises.
-Do not remove or borrow any private property without the host’s permission.
-Do not engage in any physical or verbal altercation on the premises.
-Do not enter any other premises not included in your listing.

-The space is pet free. Undisclosed pets will immediately terminate this agreement without the possibility of a refund. Additional fees will also be assessed ($50 per pet, per day fee + cleaning fee of $250)

Breaking any of the above rules is grounds for immediate dismissal from the premises without reimbursement due to a breach of trust.

**Guests will please observe the following guidelines. These are meant to protect the sanctity of our environment and maintain the properties so all guests can enjoy them in the future.

-Clean the kitchen after every use.

-Turn all lights off and turn the A/C to 78° in the summer or 63° in the winter when not in the camper.

-Please turn off the water heater when not in use. Use the switch with the lightning bolt picture, NOT the one with the flame picture.

-Park in your designated parking spot, marked by a piece of timber to the right of the camper.

-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

-No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

-Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees in the summer as it could cause it to freeze and will incur a $250 repair fee.

-Do not run the A/C with the door, windows, or vents open as it could cause the unit to freeze and require maintenance. This will incur a $250 fee per occurrence.

The space
Our 2015 Airstream International - Eddie Bauer Limited Edition - is the perfect camper for everyone. It is spacious, modern, comfortable, and located halfway between Savannah and Tybee Beach.

The Glamper is fully ready to live in for an extended period of time. We provide enough linen, cookware, and supplies to last a typical 3-4 day stay.

Fast WiFi and a small selection of DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. Perfect time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, or simply walk around Savannah or Tybee Island!

We look forward to your stay!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the Glamper, the parking to its right, and one additional parking spot right behind the first vehicle. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

There is also a second Airstream camper next to the garage. It is also used as a vacation rental, but it is not included in this listing. There is a likelihood that it will be occupied during your stay; however, those guests have been asked to respect your privacy. They are only allowed in their assigned parking spot and their camper, which is distanced from yours.

The Main house is used as a vacation rental too. Those guests have also been instructed to respect your space and not intrude during your stay.
Additional notes
The driveway that leads to the house is shared with one other property. Theirs is at the end of the driveway and can barely be seen from our land. We ask that our guests don't drive past the second camper, just behind the brick house on the left. That will lead you into their driveway and turning around is difficult, especially for larger vehicles.

There's a maximum of two vehicles allowed to park here at any time. One Immediately right of the camper. The other car right behind. Please visit the check-in guide for pictures of the parking area. Please do not park on any unmarked grassy areas - this will help prevent damaging the sprinkler system.

Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the space by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only eating at the bar or the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.

The fridge is scheduled to be replaced. IN the meantime, a large Yeti cooler is provided. You will need approximately six bags of ice if you want to fill it.

Neighborhood overview
The property is in one of the most desirable, quiet, and pristine areas in Savannah - otherwise referred to as "The Islands." You will be centrally located just 10-minutes from Downtown Savannah, 15-minutes from the beach at Tybee Island, and just a couple of minutes from Walmart, Publix, Gas Stations, Docks, Restaurants, and Bars.

Most homes are tucked into the Marsh, while ours is towards the front - virtually leaving us with no neighbors to the left or right of the home. Still, it is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that all noise is kept at a low level and that the quiet hours of 8pm to 8am are respected.
Getting around
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.

There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
