House Rules
Guests will absolutely observe the following rules:
-Do not engage in illegal activities on the premises—no drug use allowed whatsoever.
-Do not discard cigarette butts inside the camper.
-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises.
-Respect quiet hours of 8 pm to 8 am.
-Do not play loud music on the premises.
-Do not remove or borrow any private property without the host’s permission.
-Do not engage in any physical or verbal altercation on the premises.
-Do not enter any other premises not included in your listing.
-The space is pet free. Undisclosed pets will immediately terminate this agreement without the possibility of a refund. Additional fees will also be assessed ($50 per pet, per day fee + cleaning fee of $250)
Breaking any of the above rules is grounds for immediate dismissal from the premises without reimbursement due to a breach of trust.
**Guests will please observe the following guidelines. These are meant to protect the sanctity of our environment and maintain the properties so all guests can enjoy them in the future.
-Clean the kitchen after every use.
-Turn all lights off and turn the A/C to 78° in the summer or 63° in the winter when not in the camper.
-Please turn off the water heater when not in use. Use the switch with the lightning bolt picture, NOT the one with the flame picture.
-Park in your designated parking spot, marked by a piece of timber to the right of the camper.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
-Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees in the summer as it could cause it to freeze and will incur a $250 repair fee.
-Do not run the A/C with the door, windows, or vents open as it could cause the unit to freeze and require maintenance. This will incur a $250 fee per occurrence.
