Guests will please observe the guidelines outlined below. These rules are designed to maintain peace on the property so all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

-Monthly Stays Only

-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.

-No shoes in the house; please help us protect the century-old floors

-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.

-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated.

-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors

-No parties or loud music at any time

-Pets are NOT allowed; Undisclosed pets will trigger immediate dismissal from the property without a refund. And a pet cleaning fee of $250.

-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the premises will incur a $250 cleaning fee

-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app 24 hours prior to arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.

You can park in the garage when the owners are not in town for free. Otherwise, please park on the street. Street spaces are free and typically available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The space is pet free. Undisclosed pets will immediately terminate this agreement without the possibility of a refund. Additional fees will also be assessed (pet stay fee due + cleaning fee of $250)

When you stay in this apartment, you will be living in some of Savannah's most desirable real estate - right in the heart of Downtown!

Forsyth Park is only steps from your rich and luxurious property - you can literally throw a stone and hit the park! Having a car is unnecessary when living here - you can walk, ride, or bike anywhere in this part of town. Convenience and grocery stores are just a few minutes' walk from the upstairs apartment - without mentioning the plethora of cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Set off East towards Clary's Cafe for breakfast before making your way North along Bull Street. Walk through each square to shop local retailers, grab a coffee or quick bite, or park yourself at a bench and just enjoy the Savannah scenery. Those in the mood for a true Southern meal will love being a stone's throw away from Mrs. Wilkes Boarding Room, with other local favorites such as 700 Drayton or Crystal Beer Parlor just a short walk from the apartment.

Popular tourist areas such as River Street and City Market are just a 20-minute walk away, while Savannah's local green space - Forsyth Park - is on the same block as the property.

You will not want to move out! Hurry and reserve your stay!
Getting around
We think that walking around town is the best way to see the city! If riding is more your speed, we are a quick and inexpensive Uber or taxi to all of the downtown attractions. The free DOT trolley picks up just a block away and runs every fifteen minutes to the Historic District too!

If you drove here, park in the garage or on one of the many available on-street parking spots and walk or ride around Savannah. Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking on the street.
