House Rules

Like most people, we are not fans of rules; however, in the spirit of maintaining peace on the property so all guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we ask that the following rules be observed:

-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.

-No shoes in the house

-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.

-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space at any time. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated. This will trigger an immediate termination of the rental agreement without the possibility of a refund.

-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors

-No parties or loud music at any time

-Dogs only; sorry, no cats, birds, rodents, reptiles, etc. Dog fee is set to $25 per pet, per night. Undisclosed pets will trigger immediate dismissal from the property without a refund, plus a pet stay fee as for the number of pets and days in addition to a cleaning fee of $250. ESAs also pay a pet fee in accordance with State law and Airbnb policy.

-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the home; any evidence of this will incur a $250 cleaning fee.

-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed. This will cause us to call the authorities and the immediate eviction from the property.

-Please do not set the thermostat to lower than 70º F in the warm months or higher than 74º F in the cold season. This will prevent it from freezing or burning out, which would leave you without the amenity for an undetermined amount of time.

**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.

The space

Guest access
Guests will have access to the upstairs apartment (A) on the white top/bottom duplex, the shared backyard and outdoor space, assigned parking area, and the free street parking. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.
Additional notes
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Schlage Smart Lock. We generate and provide you with a unique code valid only for the duration of your stay.

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.

You can park in the street or on the assigned spot behind the property (one car). Please pay attention to street sweeping times to avoid fines. These times are posted throughout the street.

The space is dog-friendly only. Our pet fee is set to $25 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, etc).
** Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.

Known as Savannah’s first suburb, the Victorian District consists of 50 bright, bold and breathtaking blocks of Victorian architecture. In addition to admiring the beautifully restored historic homes and buildings, visitors to this lovely part of the city also have plenty of options for eating, shopping and exploring.

When you stay in this apartment, you will be living in some of Savannah's most desirable real estate - right in the heart of Downtown! The best restaurants and sights are only steps from your rich and luxurious property.

Having a car is unnecessary when living here - you can walk, ride, or bike anywhere in this part of town. Once you have booked, we will send you plenty of recommendations on what to do, see, eat, and drink while in Savannah - this list should kickstart your planning.

Convenience and grocery stores are just a few minutes walk from the apartment - without mentioning the plethora of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Walk through each square to shop local retailers, grab a coffee or quick bite, or park yourself on a bench and just enjoy the Savannah scenery.

Those in the mood for a true Southern meal will love being close to Mrs. Wilke's Boarding Room, with other local favorites such as 700 Drayton or Crystal Beer Parlor just a short walk or Uber ride from the property.

Popular tourist areas such as River Street and City Market are just a 25-minute walk away, while Savannah's local green space - Forsyth Park - is about 20 minutes away on foot or five minutes by car.

Once you're here, you will not want to move out!
Getting around
Savannah is a small city and you can walk most anywhere from the Peach House. There is a free trolley that runs downtown, which you can check out at ConnectTheDot. Street parking is plentiful and the property has a private off street parking area attached to the backyard and accessible from the alley. It is well lit, spacious, and accommodates 1 vehicle for your stay with us.

** Note: Attention must be paid to the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking fine when parking for free on the street. There are signs posted on the side of the road with sweeping times. Simply move your vehicle to a street that is not getting swept that day to avoid a ticket.
