House Rules
Like most people, we are not fans of rules; however, in the spirit of maintaining peace on the property so all guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, we ask that the following rules be observed:
-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.
-No shoes in the house
-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.
-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space at any time. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated. This will trigger an immediate termination of the rental agreement without the possibility of a refund.
-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors
-No parties or loud music at any time
-Dogs only; sorry, no cats, birds, rodents, reptiles, etc. Dog fee is set to $25 per pet, per night. Undisclosed pets will trigger immediate dismissal from the property without a refund, plus a pet stay fee as for the number of pets and days in addition to a cleaning fee of $250. ESAs also pay a pet fee in accordance with State law and Airbnb policy.
-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the home; any evidence of this will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed. This will cause us to call the authorities and the immediate eviction from the property.
-Please do not set the thermostat to lower than 70º F in the warm months or higher than 74º F in the cold season. This will prevent it from freezing or burning out, which would leave you without the amenity for an undetermined amount of time.
**Following these simple rules is crucial to building and maintaining trust in this sharing economy.
