House Rules

Guests will please observe the guidelines outlined below. These rules are designed to maintain peace on the property so all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

-To make check-in simple, we provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods, and detergent. Our supplies should last the duration of a typical 3-day stay. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at any of the nearby grocery or convenience stores.

-No shoes in the house; please help us maintain the floors

-Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or gatherings at any time. Please be mindful of other guests or neighbors.

-Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the space. This is a safety issue and will not be tolerated. This will trigger an immediate termination of the rental agreement without the possibility of a refund.

-No undisclosed guests or overnight visitors

-No parties or loud music at any time

-Hypoallergenic dogs are allowed. Pet fee is $50 per dog per day. Undisclosed pets will trigger immediate termination of this agreement without the possibility of a refund. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) also pay a pet fee as per Airbnb policy.

-Do not engage in underage drinking or smoking on the premises; smoking or discarding cigarette butts inside the home; any evidence of this will incur a $250 cleaning fee

-No illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, or smoking are allowed

-No unsupervised minors allowed in the pool

-No glass bottles, cups, or wine glasses by the pool. Should there be broken glass in the pool, you will be liable for the costs of emptying the pool, cleaning it, and refilling it. Please avoid this terrible situation by having plastic cups, cans, or other containers by the pool only.

-No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs

-No pets allowed in the pool

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app 24 hours prior to arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.

The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
Neighborhood overview
The property sits on Suncrest Blvd. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is right across from the highway that leads directly to Tybee and Downtown, but you’ll never hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!

There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart and Kroger within 3 minutes. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
Getting around
The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.

There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately a mile from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 2.5-miles away.
